Rental Prerequisites 

1. All riders must be 16 years or older.

2. Any rider under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at the time of rental equipment pickup.
   If an adult/guardian (The Renter) is not riding with the minor, the guardian must sign the equipment rental agreement, assume responsibility for the minor/minors, and provide payment for the underage rider/riders prior to accepting the equipment. 

3. Max Rider Weight limit 260lbs.

4. Renter must pay with credit card + deposit fee.

5. Renter must leave photo ID with XOC-BIKES staff during the rental period.

Rental Rules: 

• No riding on the beach, must walk bike

• Stay on vehicle pathways

• Avoid puddles & water

• Do not leave bike unattended without lock

• Max speed: 10 mph/16 kph through town

• No riding passengers
